Privacy
In short: the site collects nothing about you, the app keeps your shots on your computer and never stores your voice, and our servers keep only what they cannot work without — and cannot read your edits.

The sayfix.app site
- Sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
- Has no forms: it sends nothing.
- Loads nothing from other sites: fonts, images and scripts are served by our own server.
- The server keeps no log of visits.
- The page language you pick is remembered in your browser’s storage and goes nowhere.
The SayFix app
- Shots and notes stay on your Mac. Your voice is never recorded to a file: speech turns into text as you speak.
- Speech and the text in pictures are recognised on your Mac, without going online.
The edits mailbox (inbox.sayfix.app)
A reviewer sends edits through it to the person who invited them.
- It keeps only sealed packages it cannot read itself. A package is deleted as soon as it is picked up, or after 14 days.
- Besides packages it keeps random mailbox ids, public keys and fingerprints (hashes) of invites.
- It keeps no addresses: no IP addresses and no e-mail addresses.
The licence server
It lets one key work on two Macs at once. For each Mac it keeps:
- a fingerprint (hash) of the hardware id, not the id itself;
- the model name, such as “MacBook Pro”;
- the first and the last day the Mac checked its key;
- a fingerprint (hash) of the licence key and a note about the order.
The licence server keeps no names and no e-mail addresses.
Payment
When sales open, payment will go through a payment provider. It processes card and payment details itself; they never reach us.
Who is responsible and how to reach us
