Who processes the data
The controller is Aleksei Evgenievich Zuev, Russian taxpayer ID 343658551214, e-mail support@sayfix.app.
On the controller’s instruction the data is processed by Yandex through the Yandex Metrica service, on Yandex’s terms: YANDEX LLC (Moscow, Russia) and, for visitors outside Russia, its partner Air Smart Advertising Solutions FZ-LLC (Dubai, UAE).
Why
To understand where visitors of sayfix.app come from, which pages they look at and how they use the site, and to improve the site and the SayFix app with that.
Which data
- Yandex Metrica cookies and identifiers;
- IP address;
- browser, device, operating system, language and screen size;
- pages viewed, where the visitor came from (including tags in ad links), time and length of the visit;
- actions on the pages: scrolling, clicks and pointer movements, including recordings of them (Webvisor).
What is done with it
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — automated. For visitors from outside Russia the data may be processed in Russia and the UAE. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
How long, and withdrawing
- Consent lasts 12 months or until withdrawn; then the site asks again.
- Withdraw with “Decline” on this page or by writing to support@sayfix.app. After that Metrica no longer loads, and within 30 days the collected data is no longer used and is deleted, or its deletion is requested from Yandex.
- You may also ask for access, correction or deletion, and complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies Metrica sets
_ym_uid and _ym_d recognise the browser on the next visit (kept a year); _ym_isad, _ym_visorc and other technical ones last the visit or up to a day. The full list is in Metrica’s help.
