Public offer

The licence agreement for SayFix. By buying a licence you accept these terms.

Version of 6 October 2026. A translation for convenience: if it differs from the Russian text, the Russian text prevails.

This document is an official offer (public offer) by an individual on the Russian “professional income tax” regime, Aleksei Evgenievich Zuev, Russian taxpayer ID 343658551214 (the “Licensor”), to conclude a licence agreement for the computer program “SayFix” (the “Program”) on the terms below.

1. Terms

  • Program — the computer program “SayFix” for Mac computers, including its updates.
  • User — a person who paid for a licence or uses the trial.
  • Key — a code like SFX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX that turns the licence on in the Program.
  • Server — the Licensor’s servers that check licences and pass edits between users (sayfix.app and its subdomains).
  • Reviewer — a person who, invited by the User, sends the User edits through the Program.

2. Acceptance

  • 2.1. The offer is accepted by paying for a licence — through the Tribute payment service via the link on sayfix.app, or another way the Licensor offered the User.
  • 2.2. By paying, the User confirms having read these terms and agreeing to them in full.

3. What the User gets

  • 3.1. A simple (non-exclusive) licence to use the Program: install and run it on the User’s Mac computers, on no more than two at a time.
  • 3.2. The licence has no end unless a term was stated at purchase. Territory: worldwide.
  • 3.3. Updates the Licensor releases are included at no extra cost. Separate paid services, such as the “Team” subscription, are not part of the licence and are paid for separately.
  • 3.4. The right to invite two Reviewers at a time. Reviewers use the Program to send edits for free.

4. Trial

  • 4.1. Before buying, the User may use the Program free for 7 calendar days — once per computer, without sign-up, with every feature and one Reviewer.
  • 4.2. By paying, the User confirms having had the chance during the trial to check how the Program works on their computer and whether it suits them. Claims of incompatibility with hardware or of unmet expectations are not accepted after payment.

5. Price, payment and the key

  • 5.1. The price is the one shown on sayfix.app at the time of payment. No VAT (the Licensor is on the professional income tax regime). A receipt is issued as the professional income tax law requires.
  • 5.2. The Key is sent after payment — usually at once, and no later than 24 hours.
  • 5.3. The Licensor’s obligations to grant the licence are fulfilled in full when the Key is sent, whether or not the User goes on to use the Program.

6. How the licence works

  • 6.1. The Program checks the licence with the Server. Offline it works for up to 14 days, then asks to connect.
  • 6.2. The licence moves to another of the User’s Macs inside the Program — free a seat on one, enter the key on another — no more than once in 30 days.
  • 6.3. The Licensor may revoke a licence after a refund, a disputed payment or a breach of section 8. After that the Program stops taking shots; shots and settings saved on the User’s computer are not deleted.

7. Refunds

  • 7.1. The full price is refunded if the Program does not work on a computer that meets the requirements (macOS 14 or later, Apple silicon) for reasons on the Licensor’s side, and support has not fixed it within 14 days of the request. The licence is then revoked.
  • 7.2. Otherwise — given the trial (section 4) and the fulfilled obligations (5.3) — no refund is made, except where the law expressly requires one.
  • 7.3. Refund requests: support@sayfix.app.

8. What is not allowed

  • 8.1. Getting around the licence protection, giving the Key to others for simultaneous use, selling or sharing the Key.
  • 8.2. Modifying or decompiling the Program or building products on it, except where the law expressly allows it.
  • 8.3. Using the Program or the Server to break the law or others’ rights.

9. Shots, data and AI services

  • 9.1. Shots, notes and voice stay on the User’s computer: speech is transcribed on the computer, and the Program sends no shots anywhere by itself. The User sends shots to AI agents and chats (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, ChatGPT and others) themselves, on those services’ terms.
  • 9.2. Finding keys and passwords on shots helps notice secrets but does not guarantee finding all of them. The User is responsible for what they send to AI services, colleagues and other third parties.
  • 9.3. Edits between the User and Reviewers pass through the Server end-to-end encrypted: the Server cannot read them and deletes them once picked up or after 30 days.
  • 9.4. What the Server keeps and how data is handled is in the Privacy policy.

10. Liability

  • 10.1. The Program is provided “as is”. The Licensor does not guarantee that it fits every task of the User and is not responsible for third-party programs and services (AI services, browsers, editors), their changes or their results.
  • 10.2. The Licensor works to keep the Server running but does not guarantee it: maintenance and outages are possible.
  • 10.3. The Licensor’s liability is in any case limited to the amount the User paid for the licence.

11. Changes and disputes

  • 11.1. The Licensor may change this offer by publishing a new version on this page. A new version applies to purchases after it is published and does not worsen the terms of licences already bought.
  • 11.2. The law of the Russian Federation applies. Claims go to support@sayfix.app; the reply comes within 30 calendar days.
  • 11.3. If the Russian and English texts differ, the Russian text prevails.
